Problem
A team using Discord as its main hub was losing critical information scattered between Gmail, Trello and Discord. Each tool required a separate login.
Solution
N8N bot that monitors the support mailbox, analyses emails with MistralAI to prioritise them, automatically creates the corresponding Trello tickets and posts a structured summary to the right Discord channel.
Context
When the team lives on Discord but tickets are on Trello and support emails in Gmail, nobody ever looks in the right place. Jarvis centralises everything on Discord.
